[Letter] 1st town letter (of Pangea)

Next week I plan to send a letter to all of Exeter (via the Mass Mail).

It will be about Fruit Picking, to try and get people started on this so we can get a 10.25 fruit purchase system going and sell to Cornwall.

But, I wished to add on the lvl 0 letter newcomer letter (at the end, explaining to lvl 1's and above why it is there).

And something about the Militia and Shield program.

And, does anyone think of another topic to be explained?
