| Well, it looks like that time. We are going to need to start organizing the importation of goods.
Dartmouth, Plymouth, Fowey, and/or the County for Fish. Barnstaple, Launceston and/or the County for Wood.
Anywhere else within Cornwall for anything.
Have some agreeable fellows from Barnstaple who are willing to bring wood and such down to Exeter every now and then. One of them, Melee, also plans to become a trader. Chucknorris will probably be his escort.
Well, Exeter will soon be out of fish. 2 at 18,10 on the market.
As for bags of flour, I don't think our miller/priest has actually made any yet? Only suppliers have been Pangea and Methos.

| Zangi, Would you be interested in being the official Minister of Trade in the Town Administration, if I am elected as next Mayor? | |

| Good! Since I do not either... you win and are appointed! xD Seriously, I imagine we will define things as we go along, but it would simply be along the lines of what you are doing now: checking on prices, what needs to be imported, finding ideas for sales... | |

| Ah yes, as banker, and with 1000 pounds as starting capital. I can choose to invest in goods. Specifically, traders that come here to sell goods, but, want to be able to leave quickly. Which I plan on doing, to a degree.
Buy wood and fish. And anything else we need at the time.
Also, having a small stockpile of bread, and corn.
Probably along the lines of buying a limited number of: Wood at 3,95 and sell at 4 pounds. (To begin with, 20?) Fish at, 17,75 and sell at 17,80. (To begin with, 10?)
Keep a stock of say, 30 bread and 30 corn for cases of emergency.
Not much in profits. But, It pays more then the county and sells equal or lower.
The town hall could do the fish and wood thing.

| Ok, I've sent messages to every mayor in Cornwall, plus the one in Chard.
We will need to find an official town trader or two for Exeter.

| I know Coachman was interested. I'll contact him again, and try and find out if he is known (trusted). | |

| For the people doing Trade runs for the Town, I can establish a Grant, for the items to sell or buy, of course, but also with some money in it, that is 'lent', so the person can also transport his or her goods without being robbed... and also have some cash advance to buy goods of their own to resell in Exeter, and thus pay the lent money back, but with a benefit. | |

| Yes! Thanks... ...I had not thought of that, because we've had the TH knives from before I was elected, and they only just started selling, and I did not pick up on that. I will post about knives and see how we can find a BlackSmith.
Just for fun: A BS from BS full of BS?
